  • Monitor and review our service provision and processes, identifying potential errors and implementing the necessary actions to eliminate them.
  • Provide extensive staff training, promoting a ‘do it right first time’ attitude towards quality. We also ensure that our suppliers and partners that may be used in the delivery of our services also comply with our quality philosophy and company policies.
  • Providing sufficient resources and equipment to ensure that we can operate to the documented management system. The management system is based on the principles of ISO9001:2015, the International Standard for Quality Management Systems.
  • Ensuring that our quality management system provides a framework for the management and control of our activities for Quality, Environment and Health & Safety.
  • Continually monitoring and reviewing our Quality Policy to ensure that it remains relevant and effective to the changing needs of our customers & clients.
  • The effectiveness of our quality system is monitored by planned audits, management reviews and customer satisfaction surveys to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Develop staff competencies, creativity, empowerment and accountability through appropriate development programs and show strong management involvement and commitment.

  • Take any and all measures necessary to maintain optimal working conditions.
  • Monitor all work-related activities to ensure the well-being of our employees, customers, clients and relevant third parties.
  • Promote awareness of, and provides education in, health-related subjects.
  • Take necessary measures to prevent work-related injuries.
  • Train our employees and contractors to be aware of any potential risks to personal safety on the job.
  • Grant our employees and contractors the option to suspend their duties and reevaluate their safety should they perceive any potential risks.
  • Ensure that all employees work productively to conserve our environment.
  • Makes every effort to minimize compromising our environment, such as pollution and contamination.
In addition to the above, Houston Operation and Maintenance will retain current QMS, and ISO9001:2015 certifications. Therefore, we will implement its principles effectively in our daily operations.
